Hi, it's Lindsay here, just to let you know, I have been practicing yoga for many years. Yoga has always played a part in my life. In 2023, I studied to become a Certified 500hr Hatha Yoga & Meditation Teacher. It's been a dream of mine & I look forward to sharing this with you.

We start with gentle movement by practicing Hatha Yoga, lengthening & stretching our bodies making way for new growth. Then followed by a heartfelt meditation, its to relax & unravel the mind.
Then to embrace our crystal singing bowls to harmonise the whole body & you will simply leave lighter & wholesome.

This is your time to relax & unwind.
Come & join us monthly on a Wednesday evening, in my beautiful home studio, nestled in the heart of Melville.
Firstly, starting with a beautiful meditation to invited us into a realm of relaxation, then to embrace the harmony of the crystal singing bowls.
These are small intimate classes.

The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.
Essentially, Hatha Yoga practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Gentle Yoga Poses combined with breath to release the body & relax the mind. Our bodies hold the tension & our emotions. Practising yoga helps us to release.

Sound healing, which is also known as sound therapy, has been practiced since ancient times.
Sound healing promotes deep relaxation, lower cortisol levels, and stimulate the vagus nerve to balance the nervous system.
Specific frequencies, such as those from crystal bowls, can enhance cognitive function, memory, and mental clarity.
Allowing the mind to slow down & your body to soften.
Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. The choice of laying down or in a seated position is entirely up to you.
Depending on the type of meditation you choose, you can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety and stress. Some people even use meditation to help them improve their health, such as using it to help adapt to the challenges of insomnia & irritability.
And we have a wonderful experience to enjoy. By starting with an intention, I take you on a journey to move our bodies & embrace the breathe. Followed by an intentional meditation & finishing with our beautiful crystal singing bowls ... You will simply float out of the studio.
