It's Lindsay here, just to let you know, I have been practicing yoga for over 26years. Yoga has always played a part in my life. In 2023, I studied to become a Certified 500hr Hatha Yoga & Meditation Teacher. It's been a dream of mine & I look forward to sharing this with you.

Every month I offer an intention for your practice & invite you to join us as we start with beautiful movement with gentle Hatha Yoga, then to follow with meditation to find comfort within our mind & body.
Finishing with the beautiful harmony from the crystal singing bowls.

Come & join us every Wednesday evening, in my beautiful home studio, nestled in the heart of Melville.
Where I focus on moving our bodies through gentle & relaxing Hatha yoga class followed by a relaxing meditation.
It a great way to reconnect with yourself mid-week & embrace the Wednesday Warrior. These are small intimate classes.
The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful,” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.
Essentially, Hatha Yoga practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Gentle Yoga Poses combined with breath to release the body & relax the mind. Our bodies hold the tension & our emotions. Practising yoga helps us to release.
Sound healing, which is also known as sound therapy, has been practiced since ancient times. The concept of sound therapy is based on the idea that every part of your body creates a vibration which resonates in a certain way. Put another way, vibrational healing is based on the idea that everything in the universe - including our bodies - is in a state of vibration.
These beautiful bowls are West Australian Crystal Quartz an harmonise beautifully to honour you in this space.
Meditation is a practice that involves focusing or clearing your mind using a combination of mental and physical techniques. The choice of laying down or in a seated position is entirely up to you.
Depending on the type of meditation you choose, you can meditate to relax, reduce anxiety and stress. Some people even use meditation to help them improve their health, such as using it to help adapt to the challenges of insomnia & irritability.
And we have a wonderful experience to enjoy. By starting with an intention, I take you on a journey to move our bodies & embrace the breathe. Followed by an intentional meditation & finishing with our beautiful crystal singing bowls ... You will simply float out of the studio.
Come & join for our next GATHERING as we embrace the season of Autumn. Let's come together to welcome the season. Followed by making 3 Lip Balms - A Lip Scrub & two nourishing Lip Balms. We will enjoy some light refreshments throughout this experience. Finishing with a meditation.
