Terms and Conditions

To ensure the studio runs smoothly we kindly ask for a DEPOSIT up front to secure your booking of all our treatments. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

if not informed 24hrs before your appointment, 

you CANCEL or are a NO Show for your appointment 

your DEPOSIT will be taken to cover the costs.

For Gift Vouchers the same applies to the deposit cost. 

We appreciate that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, and this is ok, provided it's done 24hrs prior to your appointment. 

Please understand that when you cancel with little notice, you prevent someone else from taking that appointment. 

Everyone's time is valuable, including mine, so your deposit will be taken to compensate.

All COMPETITIONS do not include E-Gift CARDS

Our SPECIALS cannot be purchased with any of our E-Gift Cards

Our SPECIALS cannot be purchased with your LOYALTY CREDIT

E-Gift Cards cannot be used for Yoga & Events. 

Please arrive no less than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive late, your appointment duration will be reduced to accommodate our next guest.
Underwear must be worn for all treatments. Robes and slippers are provided. Towels are used to respect your privacy. 

We take care of your belongings but take no responsibility for loss or damage. In all treatments you will be asked to remove your jewellery.  It is advisable to leave expensive items at home. Please turn OFF your mobile phone when entering the premises.

The timing of packages is approximate, and the order of services specified may change at the therapist's discretion.
