Hello September

We welcome you with open arms....

It was wonderful meeting so many beautiful people in August.

Beautiful Spring is in the air. The sun is becoming more brighter, and the days are becoming a little warmer. It's a wonderful time for spring cleaning & gardening. 

We get out more and go for walks at the beach, on a hike in the hills or to the river. 

Tere's a beautiful fresh energy in Spring. 

I also like to make wonderful food. Here's a great vegetable warm veggie salad recipe for you to enjoy.

I use sweet potato or pumpkin, zucchini, red onion, capsicum, & beetroot. 

Cut these into reasonable bite size pieces. 

Toss in olive oil & spoon of butter. sprinkle with salt & pepper & your favourite herbs. 

Bake in the oven for about 20-30mins on a medium temperature. 

Then we ready I add balsamic vinegar, fresh spinach, Fetta & olives. 

It can be paired with any meat. We enjoy this salad warm or cold. 

Leftovers can be used in a quiche. 

YOGA & MEDITATION UPDATE:

Come & join me with our fortnightly Yoga class.

We enjoyed our beautiful class in August. It was lovely.  The numbers are increasing so I will be looking at putting a second class on in the near future. 

We are in the progress of fitting out the studio.
