February was such a busy month;
A busy time of year as we settle in & the season begins to change.
I understand at this we can become a little exhausted or even burnout.
In the summertime we are more active & freer to get out & socialising and do a lot more.
Just be mindful, a friendly reminder is .... we cannot pour from an empty cup.
Finding balance is very important and now as the season begins to change, we will also gravitate to this change. Be kind & go gently.
It was so wonderful to welcome new & old clients into the studio over February.
As collective a lot of people are taking SELF-CARE seriously. I think it's a beautiful thing as you are the most IMPORTANT person.
My beautiful studio is finally OPEN and I love working in there.
Everything has been moved into the space now.
It has its own shower & bath which I love.
So now you can have a shower after your body scrubs - there is more to come over time.

YOGA & MEDITATION UPDATE:
Our Yoga classes are coming along nicely and in April I will introduce a weekly class on a Wednesday from 7:00-8:15pm. Noted on the Yoga & Meditation page as Wednesday Warrior.
Our Sunday classes have been fully booked, so now I will be introducing two.
There will be one at 10:00 - 11:30am & the usual 4:30 - 6:00pm
A maximum of 8 people per class.
There is an increase to these classes to $25.00

WORKSHOPS
Our Gathering events have been lovely still quite small in numbers, but over time I know they will blossom. It's about coming together once a month to enjoy the company of like-minded people. To give you an insight.
There is a theme or topic each month - February was about Heart Honouring - we started with creative journalling about heart opening - this opened up a beautiful conversation with the lovely ladies that attended. Followed by getting creative with some craft - Heart Mobiles which explained the loves in our lives. It was magical. Then to enjoy some raw treats & herbal tea & more conversation on our journalling & life experience.
Finishing with a beautiful Heart Opening Meditation.
