You may have noticed I've been quiet on social media. Not absent - just enjoying our beautiful summer.

January was a great month to slow down & change the pace a little. Making space for rest, renewal & magical moments.

It's allowed me to think about what I will bring to 2026.

I will bring a slower pace to the studio. Giving people a chance to embody this pace when needed by feeling nourished & nurtured. 

I will be revising Treatments & Packages over the coming months.  

For those that have visited for some time, you know I like to mix it up every time, so the body adapts where needed. 

I will be introducing Half Day Retreats on a quarterly basis. 

They will include Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation & Sound Healing, Journalling & Rituals.

Sunday Stillness Yoga class 

1st Sunday of the month

Our next class starts:

Time:  4:30 - 6:00pm 

Our Sunday Stillness Yoga class is a wonderful time to connect with yourself. 

It's a time to come together unwind the mind & free the body, in preparation 

for the week ahead.

We start with gentle movement by practicing Hatha Yoga, lengthening & stretching our bodies making way for new growth. Then followed by a heartfelt meditation, its to relax & unravel the mind. 

Then to embrace our crystal singing bowls to harmonise the whole body & you will simply leave lighter & wholesome. 

SOUND HEALING - WEDNESDAY evening

2nd Wednesday of the month

My experience:  

It is a deeply relaxing way to embrace wellness. 

What I love about the Cocoon is you are in full control of your experience - with the heat settings & the vibration of the massage bed. 

I love that your head is out & the fan cooling system makes your experience very enjoyable. 

I also love the fact you get to lie down on the beautiful bed.  It is a very comfortable experience.  

It even burns calories - in a 45mins session I burned 320 calories.
