I love that your head is out & the fan cooling system makes your experience very enjoyable. 

I also love the fact you get to lie down on the beautiful bed.  It is a very comfortable experience.  

It even burns calories - in a 45mins session I burned 320 calories.

YOGA & MEDITATION UPDATE:

Our Yoga classes are coming along nicely and in April I will introduce a weekly class on a Wednesday from 7:00-8:15pm.  Noted on the Yoga & Meditation page as Wednesday Warrior. 

Our Sunday classes have been fully booked, so now I will be introducing two.

There will be one at 10:00 - 11:30am & the usual 4:30 - 6:00pm

A maximum of 8 people per class. 

There is an increase to these classes to $25.00  

Come & join me with our monthly Yoga class.

Our Gathering events have been lovely still quite small in numbers, but over time I know they will blossom. It's about coming together once a month to enjoy the company of like-minded people.  To give you an insight. 

There is a theme or topic each month - February was about Heart Honouring - we started with creative journalling about heart opening - this opened up a beautiful conversation with the lovely ladies that attended. Followed by getting creative with some craft - Heart Mobiles which explained the loves in our lives. It was magical. Then to enjoy some raw treats & herbal tea & more conversation on our journalling & life experience. 

Finishing with a beautiful Heart Opening Meditation.
