Let us take you on a journey. This package includes our Full Body Relaxation Massage that starts with dry brushing. A beautiful exfoliation, that invigorates the skin. Then a beautifully crafted blend of therapeutic essential oils is made to nurture the body & used during your massage, a combination of relaxation & healing. Followed by our Aromatherapy Facial, this ritual includes a cleansing, exfoliation, mud mask & my special aromatherapy face massage using our sacred serum. Using warm towels throughout the process. Leaving you very relaxed & with beautiful glowing skin.

This massage has endless benefits, a firmer massage using a variety of Hot Stones which include Basalt, Rhodonite & Jade. Our Sunday Stillness Yoga class is a wonderful time to connect with yourself. 

It's a time to come together unwind the mind & free the body, in preparation 

for the week ahead.

We start with gentle movement by practicing Hatha Yoga, lengthening & stretching our bodies making way for new growth. Then followed by a heartfelt meditation, its to relax & unravel the mind. 

Then to embrace our crystal singing bowls to harmonise the whole body & you will simply leave lighter & wholesome. 

SOUND HEALING - WEDNESDAY evening

2nd Wednesday of the month

It's time to settle in a comfortable position & embrace some well-deserved self-care. I start with a beautiful meditation to relax the mind & ground the body, then to embrace crystal singing bowls as well as other instruments.  By triggering the parasympathetic nervous system, these sessions lower cortisol, improve sleep, and boost emotional, mental, and physical well-being. 

These are small intimate classes.  And everyone is welcome

My experience:  

It is a deeply relaxing way to embrace wellness. 

What I love about the Cocoon is you are in full control of your experience - with the heat settings & the vibration of the massage bed. 

I love that your head is out & the fan cooling system makes your experience very enjoyable. 

I also love the fact you get to lie down on the beautiful bed.  It is a very comfortable experience.  

It even burns calories - in a 45mins session I burned 320 calories.
